Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also see the status of every order in your account. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, send us your order number and we'll look into it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide and you can shop in your local currency. Shipping options and costs for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Send us a message with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with the next steps and everything you need to send it back.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
